No credit card required. Sign up with your work email. Your trial never turns into a paid subscription on its own: when it ends, you choose whether to subscribe. See the Subscription Plans Terms, Section 5.
Renews automatically every month on your billing date until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings → Billing or by emailing billing@structumai.io; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. No partial-month refunds. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Online checkout is coming soon. Until then, our sales team sets up Full Access subscriptions.
Section 6
How billing works
- Free trial first. Eligible new organizations can try Full Access free for 15 days with no payment details. Nothing is charged during or after the trial unless you subscribe.
- Monthly, in advance. Your subscription starts the day you activate it and is billed on that day each month.
- Automatic renewal. It renews every month until you cancel. We will notify your billing contact at least thirty days before any price increase.
- Cancel any time. Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription, or email billing@structumai.io from an administrator’s address. Access continues to the end of the paid month, and you then have thirty days to export your data.
- Taxes. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales, VAT, and similar taxes, which are calculated and shown at checkout. Tax-exempt organizations: email billing@structumai.io before you subscribe and we’ll direct you to Paddle’s exemption process (see Section 2.4 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy).
- Payment. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Charges appear on your card statement as a payment to Paddle (PADDLE.NET).
- Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Business use only. Structum AI is for businesses and their authorized users, not consumers.

What Full Access includes
Every module and AI feature of Structum AI that is generally available, for your whole team, within the fair-use allowances in Section 4. The platform covers:
- Projects and documents
- Preconstruction
- Procurement and contracts
- Field and project controls
- Financial workflows
- AI assistance and integrations
What’s available to your account is shown in the app and changes as Structum AI develops (Terms of Service, Section 2.4). Integrations depend on the third-party products they connect to and on their providers (Section 8). Features identified in the app as beta, preview, or early access are provided as described in Section 22.
Section 4
Fair use and allowances
Full Access does not impose a fixed cap on users, projects, or storage. It is subject to the fair-use rules in the Subscription Plans Terms, Section 4: Structum may throttle, limit, or require an add-on for usage that is materially disproportionate to typical use of the plan, appears automated or abusive, or materially increases Structum’s cost to serve the account, and will give reasonable notice before doing so except where necessary to protect the service. AI features depend on third-party model providers; AI usage allowances may be adjusted on thirty days’ notice.

Founder Program
The Founder Program gives a small number of early customers Full Access at a founder rate under a signed Founder Order Form. It is limited to five customers and is by invitation. Questions: sales@structumai.io.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Eligible new organizations get 15 days of Full Access free, with no credit card. Sign up with your work email address (personal email addresses aren’t accepted), one trial per company. Some usage limits may apply during the trial and are shown in the app.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is charged. To keep going, an administrator subscribes in Settings → Billing, and your projects and data carry over. If you don’t subscribe, the account switches to a limited mode for 30 days so you can still subscribe or export your data, after which it is deleted as described in the Terms of Service, Section 11.6. We’ll email your administrators at least three days before the trial ends.
Is there a cheaper plan?
Not at launch. Structum AI is offered as a single Full Access plan billed monthly.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Self-service subscriptions are month to month under the Terms of Service. Enterprise customers who need an order form, a data processing addendum, or invoicing can contact contracts@structumai.io.
How many people can use it?
Everyone on your team who needs access, subject to fair use. Your administrators manage who has access.
Does the AI use my documents to train models?
Structum does not use your Customer Content to train generalized AI models without your permission, and engages its model providers under terms that, where available, prohibit them from doing so. Details are in the AI Features and Output Terms and the Privacy Notice.
How accurate is the AI?
AI features are assistive. They can misread documents, miss information, or produce incorrect quantities, dates, or classifications, and their results must be reviewed by a qualified person before use. See the AI Features and Output Terms.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the paid month, then have a thirty-day window to export your content and AI outputs, after which they are deleted in the ordinary course as described in the Terms of Service, Section 11.6.
